We aim to grant our employees a reasonable salary to meet their everyday needs and to provide them with some discretionary income. We comply with all applicable laws and benchmark industry standards on working hours and holidays.

We adopt the measures needed to prevent injuries and strive to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Each colleague must actively contribute to workplace safety, follow relevant safety training, and report unsafe conditions via our injury reporting tool.

We use company assets in an efficient, correct and legitimate way. We protect Manuchar’s assets from loss, damage, misuse, and fraud.
