Manuchar Expands Partnership with Repsol in Wax Emulsions Across the Americas

Manuchar is pleased to announce the expansion of its partnership with Repsol, a global energy and specialty products company, strengthening the distribution of high‑quality wax emulsions across Brazil, Mexico and Ecuador. 

This extended collaboration marks an important milestone for Manuchar’s Americas business and reinforces the long-standing relationship between both companies.

Through this partnership, Manuchar will focus on serving key industry segments where wax emulsions play a critical role, including wood-based panels such as MDF, HDF, OSB and particle board, as well as concrete and construction chemicals. 

Within these applications, wax emulsions deliver essential functional benefits. They are used as waterproofing and moisture barrier agents, as curing agents that help control moisture retention in concrete, and as demoulding agents that support higher processing efficiency and improved surface finish. 

Repsol operates globally across the full oil and gas value chain and has a dedicated specialty division focused on waxes, paraffins and emulsions. By combining Repsol’s product expertise with Manuchar’s strong regional footprint and in-depth market knowledge, the partnership aims to expand access to these solutions in fast-growing markets throughout the Americas.
