HR Reward Manager

Manuchar is an international environment with as many as 2,200 employees worldwide. We are currently looking for an HR reward manager to join our eight-headed HR department at HQ in Antwerp. It is a challenging (global) HR challenge with a focus on 'reward policy'. A position with a lot of ownership & impact.

The job

  • Provide support in the analysis, development, design, communication, and implementation of global benefits, including benefits structure, cost analysis, and renewals
  • Manuchar is in full expansion, which is why we are constantly looking for new ways to differentiate ourselves as an employer;
  • Setting up a flexible remuneration policy;
  • Developing a competitive salary house that takes into account the current labour market;
  • Roll out (international) management traineeships;
  • Offering development opportunities for the newest generation;
  • Contributing to initiatives that promote employee empowerment.
    • Focus on expats & international employment
  • Rolling out these and many other initiatives, in which you will take the lead & work closely with various stakeholders within the organisation.
  • You are not shy to take on ad hoc tasks, complex cases are something you are happy to take on.
  • As HR, you are also responsible for the annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting.
  • You report directly to the HR manager
  • You maintain firm knowledge of local laborlaws and regulations; keep current on compliance and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits
  • As teamlead payroll, you are in charge of two colleagues.

Your profile

  • You already have 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in an international environment
  • Your range of tasks is both strategic and partly operational
  • Firm understanding of total rewards procedures
  • You implement new initiatives effectively & efficiently
  • Analytical thinker with a pragmatic go-getter attitude
  • You enjoy sparring with various stakeholders & making structural changes together.
  • You will work in an organisation with short decision-making lines; making an impact & working together on a pleasant working environment is our common goal.
  • You can easily analyse cases from a helicopter view.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy. Good excel skills. Experience with HRIS implementation is a plus.
  • You do not know problems, you always think in terms of solutions & opportunities to change things.
