Joining our affiliate in the Philippines as Service Agent, you represent the IT-department towards our employees by providing user support and troubleshooting ICT issues and problems. Your primary objective is to enable users to maximize their productivity through efficient use of ICT equipment or software applications. You do this both locally and remotely across dozens of Manuchar offices worldwide. You are part of the Asian support team of 2 Service Agents. You can always relay on the HQ ServiceDesk team witch is divided into multiple levels of expertise, meaning that you might be distributing certain tickets to another colleague in another expert level.

This is a full time, regular position based out of our Philippines office.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Supporting end users and act as an escalation point for other service agents around the world
  • Maintaining the life cycle of end user devices and creating user accounts
  • Handling incidents, requests and problems on client, server and network infrastructure & (inhouse developed) software
  • Updating the worklog of the tickets
  • Preparing and maintaining (end user) documentation
  • Added Asset tracking and management

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree or are equal by experience.
  • You have relevant experience as a Service Agent (around 5 years of experience in providing support).
  • You have a sound knowledge of:
    • Windows 10 & 11 and Mac (in enterprises)
    • O365 (usage and admin)
      • Teams (including telephony), Sharepoint, Outlook/exchange, Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc
    • Automatization via Autopilot and Intune
    • Managing accounts in active directory and Azure Active Directory
    • Ticket handling in servicedesk tooling
  • You are familiar with:
    • Windows servers (AD, DNS, DHCP,GPO,..), SQL, Azure,
    • VMWare & Scripting
    • Cisco, Palo Alto, Unify, Meraki,...
  • Knowledge of the ITIL methodology is a big plus.
  • You are communicative and able to build good internal and external relationships.
  • You feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are able to set priorities.
  • You are hands-on, eager to learn and have a positive attitude.
  • You are punctual and can work in a structured way.
  • You do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
  • You are fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
