Logistics Operations Officer

Your mission

Step into the dynamic world of international logistics with us! As a Logistics Operations Officer, you’ll ensure the smooth, cost-effective, and timely inbound of goods. You’ll be at the heart of managing logistics operations and responsible for handling all stock Purchase Orders (PO’s) between the ports and our warehouses in Europe, coordinating with all internal and external parties involved, such as customs, customs agents, transport companies, and warehouses. Your proactive attitude will help avoid unnecessary costs and ensure the flow of goods remains uninterrupted. You’ll be at the heart of managing logistics operations between ports and our warehouses in Europe, optimizing processes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing costs.

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in logistics, administration, or an equivalent field, or have comparable work experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, enabling effective communication with both local and international stakeholders
• You are service-minded and have a strong team player mentality, always ready to collaborate with others.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, remaining efficient and stress-resistant even when things get challenging.
• You are proactive, always anticipating potential issues and taking the initiative to solve them before they arise.
• You are familiar with MS Office and D365 (Finance and Operations), or are willing to follow training to become proficient.
