Marketing & Communication Specialist

As a Creative Marketing & Communications Specialist at Manuchar, you'll be at the forefront of our global communication efforts, ensuring a seamless blend of professionalism and creativity.

Your mission:

• Assisting the Head of Marketing & Communications in delivering diverse communications projects.
• Overseeing and producing a variety of video projects, including engaging internal videos and captivating short clips for our dynamic social media platforms.
• Managing and designing our vibrant employee magazine, including writing short articles on team events and conducting colleague interviews.
• Crafting engaging content for flyers, brochures, social media, and more.
• Keeping our website fresh, managing content and creating compelling landing pages.
• Offering support in organizing trade shows all around the world.
• Exploring and implementing innovative marketing & communications initiatives and other creative projects.

What do you need to be successful in your mission?

• An expert in communication, backed by a relevant higher education and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in a business environment.
• A knack for video editing tools, like Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and a wizard's touch with graphical tools such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proficiency in English, and if you're fluent in Spanish, that's a fantastic bonus!
• An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, someone who effortlessly connects with others, and embraces an entrepreneurial, proactive, and hands-on mindset.
• The ability to handle feedback with grace, extracting and nurturing the constructive elements within.
