Sales Support - Global Key Account Management

The job

As Sales Support – Global Key Account Management you are the main point of contact for Manuchar towards key multinational companies (f.e. Unilever, P&G, Mondelez, AB Inbev, …). You will coordinate tender processes and support our key account managers and regional teams when building cost models and negotiating large size contracts.

In addition, you will:

• demonstrate our service excellence to global key customers at all levels (tenders, qualification, reporting, execution of contracts)

• follow up and ensure the smooth execution of annual contracts through our local affiliates, while reporting this process to customers

• gradually negotiate large size contracts on your own

• assist/lead sourcing- and logistics activities of numerous products and customers all around the world

• bring your creativity and enthusiasm to our 3PL-4PL logistics projects with global customers

In this job you will have the unique opportunity to gather a lot of knowledge about different aspects of supply chain; sourcing, planning, maritime & local logistics, commercial negotiations of large contracts and dealing with multinational companies.

Your profile

• You obtained a Bachelor or Master’s degree in economics or logistics/supply chain. Ideally, you have already previous experience as a trade coordinator or sales support.

• You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch or any other language is a plus.

• You are an Excel wizard who likes to play with numbers. You have an analytical mindset and can make quick links by nature.

• You understand (and enjoy!) the complexities of supply chain and have a good understanding of end-to-end logistic processes.

• You want to combine commercial and operational tasks, where your sales and negotiation skills will come in handy.

• You are a hands-on kind of person who is not afraid of different challenges and can perform well under pressure.
