The Job

As Global Sales Support Human Nutrition, you form a dynamic duo with the Global Key Account Manager to strengthen and expand our relationships with multinational companies. You play an essential role in maintaining our existing partnerships with leading companies like Unilever, Mondelez, and Nestle, while also actively exploring and developing new business opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are the driving force behind participating in tenders and drafting proposals, ensuring their timely submission. In this role, you are constantly in contact with customers, Manuchar branches worldwide, and suppliers, engaging in negotiations when necessary.
  • As an enthusiastic researcher in the Human Nutrition sector, you conduct market research and actively seek out new key accounts. You build a solid network and aim to eventually manage your own client portfolio.
  • Whether it's face-to-face or virtual, you participate in customer visits in collaboration with the Global Key Account Manager. With a strategic mindset, you prepare presentations that highlight Manuchar's added value.
  • You ensure the proper compliance with annual contracts with local partners on both commercial and operational fronts, while closely collaborating with various departments of Manuchar at the headquarters and with our branches worldwide.
  • At a strategic level, you contribute ideas on attracting new customers and identify the added value that Manuchar can offer to these key clients.

Your Profile

  • Holding a Master's degree and having a successful experience in logistics/supply chain or in a commercial (inside sales) role. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of Dutch or another language is an additional advantage. Additionally, you have a good command of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Patient and persistent by nature, you derive satisfaction from building sustainable relationships with customers.
  • With your commercial instinct, you are determined to grow into the role of a global key account manager in the long term.
  • Skilled in meeting deadlines and resilient and adaptable, even under pressure.
