What will you need to do when you hit apply?
You will need to create a candidate profile, upload your resume, answer some questions regarding specific competences required for the role, and apply. When your profile matches the open position, you'll be contacted by one of our recruiters who will want to hear more about you.
If the vacancy you are looking for is not online, please feel free to apply spontaneously.
INTERVIEWS & ASSESSMENT
The purpose of an interview is to get to know each other better. When your profile matches an open position, you will be invited for an exploratory virtual interview. We will discuss your background, experience, aspirations and ambitions, and give you some insights into ours.
After your online interview, you may be directed to take one or more of our online assessments. These help us to determine and understand your potential for success regarding skills and abilities that generally do not emerge from interviews.
In a final phase we value a face-to-face meeting, so you can visit our office, meet your future manager, a HR colleague and/or some of your future team members.
We greatly value feedback, and so will make sure that we exchange thorough and meaningful observations.
As a new employee we will translate our feedback from the interview into a learning path.
As not withheld candidate, we feel it is important that you receive honest and constructive comments in order to strengthen certain skills towards the future.
If we decide together that you are the right candidate for the job, you will receive an offer. Hopefully we will be welcoming you to the team very soon!
